Using an account while you are abroad
A holiday is the exact case where two true statements collide: an account is registered in a market, and a person is physically somewhere else. Every outcome that surprises travellers comes from the operator resolving that collision with its own terms.
Three lengths of absence, three treatments
Terms rarely use the word “holiday”. They tend to define a territory, a residency and a prohibition on operating from unlicensed places — which means the treatment is decided by how the operator classifies the trip, and the classification is usually about duration and about where the account says you live.

The single most useful question to ask support is not “can I play from here” but “is my account held open while I am outside my market, and what is the withdrawal route while it is held?” The first invites a yes or no about a session; the second establishes the state of the money.

Before you leave: five things worth ten minutes
- Clear anything pending. A withdrawal started at home, from a home payment route, is far easier to complete than one started abroad.
- Read the territory clause and the bonus’s market clause — they are separate documents and they say different things.
- Decide in advance what you will do if access stops: the answer is a written request for the reason code, not a change of connection.
- Keep the payment route consistent with the account. Depositing from a card issued in the country you are visiting is the fastest way to turn a trip into a review.
- Note the account’s registered country. If it is about to stop being true, plan for a relocation instead.
The withdrawal that stalls while you are away
Withdrawals fail abroad for reasons that have nothing to do with territory: a payment route that requires a home-market identity check, a bank that flags an unexpected geography, a manual review triggered by a new device. When that happens the temptation is to try a different connection to look consistent. It is the wrong lever twice over — it does not change the account’s registered market, and an inconsistency found later outranks the original review it was meant to avoid.
Do not mask your location to keep playing, and do not deposit from a payment method from the country you are visiting. Both create the exact mismatch the check is built to find, and the consequence in most terms is not a warning but a suspension or a void bet.
