These pages are static. There is no comment section, no newsletter, no analytics script and no runtime JavaScript, so nothing about a visit is collected by this site itself. The hosting provider necessarily processes standard request data such as the IP address and the requested URL in order to serve a page, and following the outbound partner link takes you to a third-party site with its own privacy notice and its own tracking, over which this site has no control. No document, identity or account detail is ever requested here: the only legitimate place to send verification evidence is inside the account it belongs to.
